Shropshirestar.com reports, Millions of teenage girls can only dream about meeting their favourite boy band.
But for competition winner Sarah Goring the dream became a reality when X Factor finalists Union J popped round to her house for a 30-minute chat before their big T-Live performance on Saturday.
As the doorbell rang at the family home in Sunnyside Road, Ketley Bank, Sarah, 18, and friend and fellow fan Danielle Wenlock, 18, of Wolverhampton, managed to hold themselves together to answer the door.
“Shall we take our shoes off?” asked singer George Shelley before he and fellow band members Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett and Jaymi Hensley were led into the living room.
“Lovely house,” said Jaymi, who immediately started asking the girls – who both run Union J fan accounts on Twitter – about pet dog, Molly.
Afterwards Sarah said: “How do you describe that visit? It was perfect. It was unbelievable. I enjoyed all the hugs and kisses. We have always known they are such kind, wonderful boys and this just confirms it.
“I was a massive fan right from the start, I watched them every week on the X Factor.
“I saw this competition and thought I would enter. I never thought I would win. It was just such a huge shock.
“I have seen them live three times and met them before but never like this. I like their style of music, their presentation and I have got all the merchandise.”
