Teenvogue reports, Though One Direction's members all have solo careers now, they're still a team in many ways. They often get together and even show up at one another's concerts. And instead of being competitive, they help one another out with their music, Niall Horan told The Straits Times.

The members "talk all the time" and even have a group email thread, he said. "The media usually likes to create rivalry between us, but it's great that they can't because we're all releasing different types of music," he added, explaining that they'll offer one another feedback. "I've heard Liam's new song and Louis' stuff, and they've heard some of mine... It's good to have that because we will be honest with each other if we don't like it, especially because we've done that for so many years."
It also seems like they take inspiration from their former bandmates. Niall recently took a note from Harry Styles and ordered pizza for his Today show audience. One Direction the band may be on hiatus, but One Direction the group of friends has definitely lived on.
